Getting duplicate code after the conditional formatting

I have table name Called LocalFPV . this table have a following columns 

if  W[g]_1  column have a null value we need to create column showing the alert "Warning" or if  weight column have a value it will show  "Available".

I have created new calculated column like below 

alert 1 = IF(LocalFPV=BLANK(),"Warning","Available")

but when i applied the alert column in to the  table . i am getting duplicate record like below

Summary sheet"

ItemCode       plant         W[g]_1   GrossWeightMeasure             Netweightmeasure               Alert

FA1021.1        IDGF         1.246               3.567                                      2.733                                Available      -- Correctone 

FA1021.1        IDGF          1.246              1.875                                                                               Warning     -- Wrong one 

FA1022.11      IT04           3.345              3.567                                      2.733                                 Available      -- Correctone       

FA1022.11      IT04           3.345              1.875                                                                                 Warning     -- Wrong one

even tired condition formatting method also  getting above result only 

But Correct result 

ItemCode       plant         W[g]_1   GrossWeightMeasure             Netweightmeasure               Alert

FA1021.1        IDGF         1.246               3.567                                      2.733                                Available      -- Correctone 

FA1022.11      IT04           3.345              3.567                                      2.733                                 Available      -- Correctone

If creating a calculated column in a summary table?

Alert 1 = IF('Summary sheet'[W[g]]_1]=BLANK(),"Warning","Available")

It's a little weird. Is this a table or a table visual? Use this measure if it is table visual.

Alert 1 = IF(MAX('LocalFPV'[W[g]]_1])=BLANK(),"Warning","Available")

If this doesn't work, please share a pbix flie without sensitive data, that will help me find the cause of the problem faster. Thanks in advance.
