HI @darkhorse12,
I'm still not so clear about your requirement, can you please explain them with some more detailed information with expected results?
How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly
Did you mean to get the specific index of comments based on the report page groups? If that is the case, you can take a look t the following link to add the group index at the query editor side. Then you can simply write the DAX formula to lookup value based on the current gorup value and index.

@darkhorse12 , Try to use TOPN
CALCULATE([Comments],TOPN(10,allselected(Notes[Comment]),[Comments] ,DESC),VALUES(Notes[Comment]))
or first create a rank Assuming Comment is measure, count of comment or something like that
Rank =RANKX(ALLSELECTED(Notes[Comment]),Notes[Comment],,DESC)
Then a measure
sumx(filter(values(Notes[Comment]), [Rank] =3) ,[Comment] )
What is the expected outcome? I kind of don't understand why you're using ranking in your DAX.
The expected outcome is in the smart narrative is to choose the measure
like:- cycle time then it should show the result of that row's comment that (Note: Calculated cycle time)
