Get row information filter by 1 field value

I have data as below (columns are: Flight date, Carrier, Flight number, fare code, fare amount):

I want to get the lowest fare amount by each flight date and carrier, regardless flight number, and the fare code relating to that fare amount.

I have tried creating DAX BaseAmt = min([amt])

But I want it to only show lowest value and its Fare code.

(For above table, it should show only 1 row per carrier, for VN0V it should be GAP4VNWS 259,000)

Maybe you can try to create two measures to do that.

MEASURE firstfcc =
    VAR _1 = TOPN ( 1, 'Table', [BaseAmt], ASC ) 
RETURN MAXX ( _1, [first fcc] )

Measurebaseamt =
    VAR _1 = TOPN ( 1, 'Table', [BaseAmt], ASC ) 
RETURN MAXX ( _1, [BaseAmt] )

Result:

Pbix in the end you can refer.
