Get latest date from one column based on a value from another column.

Hello,

I need some help to get the latest date from one column based on a value from another column.

let's say I have a table like this:

ID_NAME	NAME	DATE_1 (day.month.year)	DATE_2 (day.month.year)
1	Anna	1.2.2020	5.8.2020
1	Anna	6.8.2021	19.1.2022
1	Anna	20.1.2022
2	Bill	7.4.2022	31.12.2022
2	Bill	1.1.2023
3	Jason	22.5.2019	7.9.2020
3	Jason	8.9.2020	29.12.2020
3	Jason	30.12.2020	4.10.2022
3	Jason	5.10.2022
4	Chloe	17.10.2022	17.10.2023

Now I need to make a measure or filter or something that will single out the latest date (DATE_1) for every person (ID_NAME). 

My table/visual would then look like this:

ID_NAME	NAME	DATE_1 (day.month.year)	DATE_2 (day.month.year)
1	Anna	20.1.2022
2	Bill	1.1.2023
3	Jason	5.10.2022
4	Chloe	17.10.2022	17.10.2023
