Get different counts for calculate distinctcount and distinct and countx

Hello,

can someone please explain why I get different values with

CountxFunction =
var
Distinktcount= DISTINCTCOUNT(Material[Materialnumber])
return
countx(FILTER(Materialstable, Material [Positiontext]<>"Line5" && Material[StockLocation]<> "0020" && Materials[Transporttype]<> "888"),Distinktcount
)

vs.

CalculateFunction = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Material[Materialnumber]),Material[Positionstyptext]<>"Line5", Material[Stocklocation]<> "0020", Material[Transporttype]<> "888")

Shouldn't both method filter the same rows?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best.

@Applicable88 , Both are not the same. The first one count as distinctcount

Also, you need calculate when you use calculation

countx(FILTER(Materialstable, Material [Positiontext]<>"Line5" && Material[StockLocation]<> "0020" && Materials[Transporttype]<> "888"),calculate(Distinktcount)
)

This is only distinct count. Also you should use filter here

CalculateFunction = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Material[Materialnumber]),filter( Material, Material[Positionstyptext]<>"Line5" && Material[Transporttype]<> "888"), Filter( KAWE,  KAWE[Stocklocation]<> "0020"))
