Get Previous year data for weekly data with multiple categories

As the subject mentions I have weekly sales data for last 3 years, that are split on multiple categories like country, Segments, Devices, entitlement status and marketing channel. I do not have daily data. So, my date metrics are fiscal_year (yyyy), qtr(Q#) and Week(ww) all are in text format and weeks are of 01, 02  and not 1,2.

My need is to create a column to get previous year's data in a new column.
