Formula which selects the choice "INTERNAL" or "EXTERNAL"

hello

 I would like to create a formula which would make a choice between 2 results according to the selection 1 of the 2 filters

if I select the "EXTERNAL" filter, the "A" formula works
if I select the "INTERNAL" filter, the "B" formula works

filter 1 :EXTERNAL

filter 2 :INTERNAL

formula :

A-- Indicator= IF(folder_X[A]<=45,"ONTIME","LATE")
B--Indicator= IF(folder_X[A]<=30,"ONTIME","LATE")

SELECTEDVALUE is for harvesting the value selected in the slicer. SWITCH is for returning the correct value depending on the selected value.

Could someone help me to create this formula I can not manage neither with "switch" nor with "selectvalue"

I don't think we can learn by publishing for each question "look at DAx Guide"
