Hi Power BI Community,
I checked some answers but I cannot find the solution.
I just created a Matrix table in Power BI:
In order to get my response rate I need to calculate:
Response Rate = Completed / (Total – Bounced – Opted Out – Quarantined)
Where:
Numerator: [SurveyStatuscount-C]
Denominator: Total (SurveyStatusCount) – Bounced (SurveyStatuscount-B) – Opted Out (SurveyStatuscount-O) – Quarantined (SurveyStatusCount-Q)
I created different measeures a now I need to create the formula but I am having issues with the denominator. Any advice?
Is the Divide formula correct?
ResponseRate = DIVIDE([SurveyStatuscount-C],………………,0
Thanks

Hello @romovaro
You can create two variables.
ResponseRate =
VAR StatusC = [SurveyStatusCountC]
VAR TotalStatus = Total (SurveyStatusCount) – Bounced (SurveyStatuscount-B) – Opted Out (SurveyStatuscount-O) – Quarantined (SurveyStatusCount-Q)
RETURN
DIVIDE( StatusC, TotalStatus )
