Forced to add a extra space in measurements with digits

When I'm using measurements with numbers I need an extra blank space before the comma to make it work.

Example bellow is a simple DATE method and the first one does not have a extra space before the comma and error ecores.

The second DATE method works fine with extra spaces.

Does anyone know why?

This is an old problem and dissapeard with newer version.
