Finding daily improvement for each product

Hi Experts!

I am trying to figure out how to do something but cant quite grasp it, can someone help me?

I want to track the "Improvement status" every day for the each product as explained in the "Desired results". To arrive "Improvement status" , I have calculated "Selling Price/Cost", "Day's Selling/Cost", "Gain". Also took the help of "Calculated table" for "Total cost" , "Total selling price" and "Day's Selling/Cost" of all the products per day as shown in the images.
