Find the last account manager

Hi All,

I would like to find the last/current account manager within the sample data. Each account has a unique Id but the account managers change from time to time. I would like to track the most current/last manager for each date and ID. My desired output is the Last account Manager column filled down for each ID and Date.

Please help how to go about this?
