Filtering one Table by two filters with a blank condition

Hi,

SimonP19_2-1658259777191.png

In the above image, I'm looking for a way to merge my "Measure Item No." and "Measure Parts No." tables together so when an "Item No." has a "Parts No." in it, only the information in "Measure Parts No." is filtered.

Else, if the information in "Parts No." is blank, the table would filter the measure information by "Item No."

Example,

How would you write this in DAX?

Data Model for current build,

Thank you,

I merged the two tables and found a better way to do it outside of DAX.

Thank you,

Hi @SimonP19 ,

The data in the above picture are in a table? Which table vision is in which table? Could you please provide a pbix file without privacy information and desired output with more details ? (Or some sample data and a screenshot with the desired output)
