Filter with Boolean and Text filters

Greetings everyone.

I've got the following measure:

Total Participants Group 1 = CALCULATE(

DISTINCTCOUNT('Maia Data'[maia.Persoon.cd_relatie]),

FILTER('Maia Data','Maia Data'[Kringen.Groep]="1"||'Maia Data'[Opt-In]="True"||NOT ('Maia Data'[Type E-mail] = "Onbekend")))

However apperantly I can't use booleans within the FILTER function.
Is there a way to get this Filter working anyway?

I guess the problem is created by NOT. Please try

CALCULATE (
    DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Maia Data'[maia.Persoon.cd_relatie] ),
    FILTER (
        'Maia Data',
        'Maia Data'[Kringen.Groep] = "1"
            || 'Maia Data'[Opt-In] = "True"
            || 'Maia Data'[Type E-mail] <> "Onbekend"
    )
)
