Filter issue

Hello ,
i'm trying to visualise data in the current week if i dont touch the filter week  and when i select a week in segment i get data from that week but the problem that when i select all weeks power bi thinks that i didn t aplly any filter and visualise the current week .
How can i fix that . if i select all weeks i want to get data from all weeks and not the current year.

i've already used isfiltered my problem is that when i do not filter all field selected return the actual weeks and im having problem visualiasing all field because of passing ressource limit . Have you any solution to optimise ressources other than having premieum version

if(isfiltered(table[segment]), [week measure], sum(Table[value]))
