Fill in blanks with the item's maximum lead time value

Hi experts,

Im trying to calculate the lead time for purchase orders (PO). Under each purchase orders are SKUs with their Order date and received date. For SKUs that havent been received yet, I want to show a SUGGESTED LEAD TIME (DAYS) where, suggested lead time (days) = their max lead time from all their previous POs. Thank you so much in advance for your help.

Here is a snapshot of what i am expecting:

Hi Jihwan_Kim,

I converted your measure to a calculated column (Column = [Measure]) and it showed the values im looking for even after applying filters.

Hi Jihwan_Kim,

Thank you so much for taking the time to work on this. I greatly appreaciate it. Your solution worked, it is filling in blanks with the max lead time. However, when i apply a filter Status = Preparation, the suggested lead time (days) values are not showing.
