Fetch Data with no active relation

Hi All,

Please refer to this Power BI File

I have a table called "Aha Features" with two fields (Shown in the report)

Now, there is another table called "Features" (also show in the report), that does not have active relationship with the column with similar name in "Aha Features" table.

Now, I need to show Score in "Features" table (In field called "AHA WSJF Score") ,but the calculated column I have added, isn't working (Showing blank values for all rows as seen in the table visual for "Feature" table visual).

The problem may be because of the relationships between "Epic" table & "Aha Features" on the same column as that between "Features" and "Aha Features" table.

What's the solution?
Can someone please help me?

Hi @yogeshk77 ,

You are using calculated columns as a context, so you need to use the EARLIER function. Based on your sample, I get the following results:

DAX for New column:

AHA WSJF Score =
VAR CurrentProjectName = [PO Project Name]
RETURN
       CALCULATE(
        MAX('Aha Features'[Feature product value score]),
        FILTER('Aha Features', 'Aha Features'[POProjectNameCleaned] = EARLIER(Features[PO Project Name])),ALL(Features))

I've also created a Measure for you that does the same thing, which you can download as an attachment.
