FILTER function

Hello,

I am trying to use FILTER to flter my table to just include certain rows, but it is returning the full rows. This is my formula:

Successful Challenges = CALCULATE(COUNT('Challenges'[Challenge ID]), Filter(Challenges, Challenges[Challenge Status] IN {"Awarded", "Closed"}))

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
