Extracting From a List

Hello!

I'm working on  a report using a SharePoint list. I'm using Power Automate to populate a list once an Envelope is completed in DocuSign. It will pull over date stamps for all of the stages in a workflow. Each Envelope is designated with an ID number called a "Deal ID" that is a custom field. This Deal ID is in multiple systems to link everything together so we can track it. The problem I'm running into is that when a Custom Field comes to SharePoint, it has a lot of information that I don't need. How can I pull out just the Deal ID from all of the other stuff in this field? Below is a screenshot of how it looks - is there a formula I can write that will just pull out the Deal ID number?

Hey @Anonymous ,

this is JSON format. You can use the JSON parser of Power Query to get the value.

I recorded a small video how to do that:

If you need any help please let me know.
