Erro FileAcess e FileMode

i don´t know the exactly tranlation , but in portuguese it is:

"Erro ao tentar salvar 'C\Users\Filipe\OneDrive\Documentos\Power BI Arquivo\1234.pbix': Não é possível abrir o pacote porque o valor FileMode ou FileAcess não é válido para o fluxo."

i think that the translation is : Error when trying to save 'C\Users\Filipe\OneDrive\Documents\Power BI File\1234.pbix': It´s not possible to open the package because the FileMode or FileAcess value is not valid for the stream.
