End of life formula help

hey everyone, 

 

sorry for the newbie question but i'm really new to power bi.  I'm trying to build a visualization clustered bar chart that would do the following: 

have end of support dates on the y axis and a count of the number of servers on the x axis.  count would be based on the OS version on that host.  I have that data in an excel spreadsheet. What i can't wrap my head around is what the measure statement would be. 

 

If host os version is x then support end date is this. 

 

any help would be greatly appreciated

Could you please provide some raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples? It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following links to share the required info:
