Editing rows in a column

I have a column that contains 24 Action_Types, there are a few action types that need to be edited. e.g I have an Action_Type called "Logout (abc@hyz.com)" but I only want Logout and not(abc@hyz.com). There are multiple rows in the same columns that need to be updated. Any idea how to do it?
