I wanted to make a dynamic parameter using a variable but it doesn't work inside NOT IN, because the data type is INT which can't contain commas.
It should be like this: NOT ... IN {1,2,3}.
but my abc variable is a string, can't be used in a NOT ... IN.
i tried using VALUE(abc) to convert it into integer, but it also doesn't work, because my abc variable becomes 123 without commas
