Dynamic Variance

Hi All,

I have a dataset with employee names;

ID       Name         Month

1        John           01/03/19

2        Sarah          01/03/19

3        Chris           01/03/19

4        John            01/04/19

5        Sarah           01/04/19

6        Mike            01/04/19

I am trying to create a visualisation that will show leavers and joiners between two dates. So if the user selects between 01/03 and 01/04 they would see that Chris has left and Mike has joined. Can anyone suggest the easiest way to go about doing this?
