Dynamic Min Value for CAGR

Please forgive the linked post but it is eaiser since I have written it once. I am trying to have a dynamic calculation for CARG which will give me a cagr for different services not starting at SFY13,  thus the filter is >0. However the attached code doesnt work. Also if i used the filter on date it gives me the entire amount not the min amount of SFY18. I would like the final row to present SFY18: $79. So CAGR would be min amount > 0 and max amount SFY20.
