DAX Calculation Group Date Filter not working

Hi , I need correction on my dax code as I have tried all possible combinations and I cant figure out the correct version to get my dax automated for calc groups

Working 1 =
CALCULATE (
sum(fact_table[total_value])/1000,
FILTER (
ALL(fact_table) ,
fact_table[scenario] = "ACTUAL" &&
fact_table[entity] = SELECTEDVALUE(dim_table[entity])
&&
fact_table[FiscalYearPeriod]
>= "2020 P01"
))

Working 2 =
IF (

ISSELECTEDMEASURE ( [Measure 1] ),
CALCULATE (
SELECTEDMEASURE (),
FILTER (
ALL(fact_table) ,
fact_table[scenario] = "ACTUAL" ),
FILTER (
ALL(fact_table) ,
fact_table[entity] = SELECTEDVALUE(dim_table[entity])
),

FILTER (
ALL(fact_table),
fact_table[FiscalYearPeriod]
>= "2020 P01"
)

))

Not Working 1 =
IF (

ISSELECTEDMEASURE ( [Measure 1] ),
CALCULATE (
SELECTEDMEASURE (),
FILTER (
ALL(fact_table) ,
fact_table[scenario] = "ACTUAL" ),
FILTER (
ALL(fact_table) ,
fact_table[entity] = SELECTEDVALUE(dim_table[entity])
),
FILTER (
ALL ( fact_table ),
fact_table[FiscalYearPeriod]
>= LEFT(SELECTEDVALUE(dim_date[FiscalYearPeriod]),4) & " P01"
&& fact_table[FiscalYearPeriod]
<= SELECTEDVALUE ( 'dim_date'[FiscalYearPeriod] )
)
))

I need the Not working 1 Measure to work so that the selectedvalue controls the calc group in my report
Thanks
Archer

Sorry this worked

IF (

    ISSELECTEDMEASURE ( [Measure 1] ),
    CALCULATE (
        SELECTEDMEASURE (),
        FILTER (
          ALL(fact_table) ,
            fact_table[scenario] = "ACTUAL" ),
  	FILTER (
          ALL(fact_table) ,
            fact_table[entity] IN VALUES (dim_table[entity])
        ),
  		FILTER (
        ALL ( fact_table ),
        fact_table[FiscalYearPeriod]
            >= LEFT(SELECTEDVALUE(dim_date[FiscalYearPeriod]),4) & " P01"
        && fact_table[FiscalYearPeriod]
            <= SELECTEDVALUE ( 'dim_date'[FiscalYearPeriod] )
  		)
  		))
