The value of a calculated column is computed during data refresh and uses the current row as a context; it does not depend on user interaction(slicer, filter etc.) in the report. The similar is true for the calculated table. So it can't achieve to create a dynamic column or table base on slicer selctions by creating a calculated column or calculated table... Please review the following blog, and check if that can used as an workaround.
