Do not repeat values (measure) in Matrix

Is there a way to avoid repetition of values (Measure) in Matrix? 2nd view is the one I want to achieve.

what if we have text data? How do we do that?
for example 
orange are the rows I can stop them from repeating.
I cannot stop values(Black) from repeating.
