Hi there,
How do I display tickets that are open for > 3 days in as a card value?
Ticket ID | Subject | Status | Source | Type | Created Time | Resolved Time |
These are the column names for the Tickets table, I know how to filter to get Open tickets but can't work out how to find tickets open for more than 3 days.
This is how I filter to get the Open tickets:
Open Tickets =
CALCULATE (
COUNT ('October Tickets'[Ticket ID]),
FILTER (
ALL ('October Tickets'),
'October Tickets'[Status] = "Open"
)
)
Thanks in advance

Hi @Caiz
To your table add a column 'open for > 3 days' = IF(DATEDIFF('Table'[Created Time],[Resolved Time],DAY) > 3, "Yes", "No")
Then to your formula
Open Tickets =
CALCULATE (
COUNT ('Sheet8'[Ticket ID]),
FILTER (
ALL ('Sheet8'),
'Sheet8'[Status] = "Open" && 'Sheet8'[open for > 3 days]= "Yes"
)
)
