I have a table for HD Tickets one column has User and another has Ticket #. I want to display on a card the number of users that have multiple tickets. On the transformaiton Page the info is there for Distinct Users and for Unique.
I could just subract and get the number. I cannot figure out how to get the Unique number. I want to put it in a card. I can create a table that has the users and count of users do a filter on the visual count of Call No >1
I want the card to show No of users. When there is a larger like 20+ the number of calls is not as important as the number of users which is always there question.
@roygervase - Did this work? Please could you mark it as the solution if yes, this helps other users find it.
@roygervase - Your card will need a DAX measure like the below:
CALCULATE( DISTINCTCOUNT( Table[USER] ), FILTER( Table, [Count of Call No] > 1 ))
You just need to put your table and column names in place of the ones I have added.
If this works, please mark it as the solution.
