Different Calculate sum at higher level and lower level in hierachy

Hi All!

I would like to seek for your help on the following Issue:

PROBLEM:

What i want:

How i got the result:

1. Hierachy: Scheme -> D(No.) -> Code

2. Calculate Commission by the follow DAX: 

com15:=CALCULATE(IF(SUM([AMT.NO.INSUR])>=5000,SUM([AMT.NO.INSUR])*0.07,SUM([AMT.NO.INSUR])*0.05),DISB[COMID]=15)

After that use Switch function to determine which Code ,Dealer belong to SchemeID.

Basically What i want are:

Scheme = Sum of all D(No.) 

D(No.) = Some time just Sum of all Code, Some time with SUM IF CONDITION, 

Code = SUM IF CONDITION as dax showing above

Please guide me what i need to do to achive it. Thank you so much for your help. 🙂
