Assign Value to 2 columns in one IF or nested IF

This is my attempt to assign value to 'Date'[Year] and 'Date'[Quarter] based on clicked filter in a chart.

But it showed error that that expression contains multiple columns...

actually, i intend to do it like this (by clicking 1 product ID and 1 period) to calculate product sold growth rate...
i tried using ISINSCOPE, but it compiled to false even if i had clicked the product_ID and period
