I have tried so many measures, but It wasnt dynamic, in my original dashboard I have lots of slicers, I need to work together.

Views = sum('metrics_bq'[Views])

Views_AVG = AVERAGEX(videos,[Views])

Total Average = CALCULATE(AVERAGEX(videos,[Views]),REMOVEFILTERS(videos[Episodes]))

Difference = [Views_AVG]-[Total Average]

Note: I cleaned up your data model a bit.
