I have these two functions.
Would the result of them apparently do the same or am I mistaken?
In some situations it happened to return the same result and in others it did not
I didn't understand what could be happening
COUNTAX(FILTER(fLeadTime,[LT]<=8),[LT])
var result =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(fLeadTime),
FILTER(
fLeadTime,
fLeadTime[LT]<=8))
Hi @CastroRibeiro ,
COUNTAX Dax calculates the NON-BLANK values in the column. But if the expression results in an empty value, that row will be counted.
While COUNTROWS is simply calculating the number of Rows in that expression.
It's not because of CALCULATE function, but the different functions you are using for COUNT.
Mark this as a solution if I answered your question. Kudos are always appreciated.
Thanks.
