Difference between selected Months

Hi,

I have a Date slicer on which I want to select January 2022, March 2022 and June 2022. The visual I am trying to create is a Matrix which has the End of month as Column and some other fields of the dataset as Rows.

The value shown is the Matrix is a simple count rows. What I want to show as a second value is the difference between the count of the selected months. So for example January has 30 count, March has 50 and June has 40. So the value for March will be +20 and the value for June will be -10.
