Dax for first value in the date/time

Hi everyone,

I am new to DAX.

I have a table for a store daily opening time.

I want to create a DAX to show only the first open for each day.

in nov 16 the first opening was at 5:41 AM , nov 17 ( i want to find it ), nov 18 ..etc

Dax = find first value(open) filter each day .

i tried min but I get a single day while i want to see each day.

@naifAhmedB , Create a date column

Date = Table[Date/time].date

and try it with a measure like this in table visual
calculate(firstnonblank(Table[Date/time],blank()), allexcpet(Table,Table[Date]))

Please consider this solution and leave kudos.

Split the date/time column into 2 columns for Date and Time.
You can do this in the query, and then in modeller select hh.mm.ss formatting for the time.

Create a Dax measure    FirstTime = MIN(myfilename[time])

Create a report by Date for FirstTime

This will show the first time for each day.

It is best pratice to always split date/time into 2 columns for Date and Time.

Thanks for your reply.

I did that but I see a very old date that doesn't exist in my date/time table
