Dax count question of registrations

Hello,

I'm trying to make a report that counts registrions by address in a specific periode.

Linked to the adress is a "user'.

Now I need an fuction that count the registion of an address to the linked user in the selected periode.

Below a example of address that have 2 different users in the selected periode.

PowerBi shows for the differtent users (same address) the same registations, but I need the count of the registrations of the selected periode by "user"
