Dax Measure not giving 1 dp on final result

Hi Experts

I am trying to get the following DAX Measure to return back 1 dp - here is the issue it works for certain countries and does not work for te rest.

Measure

High / % = CONCATENATE(CONVERT(COMBINEVALUES(" / ",[High],ROUND([High %]*100,1)),STRING),"%")

where

[High] = 

High = CALCULATE([Count (#)],

                    FILTER('pg_control_cases','pg_control_cases'[risk_level] = "High"))+0
