Dax Help

I got my % PO Lines Correct with the below Dax formula, 

% PO Lines = CALCULATE('ERP PO Items'[PO Lines]/'ERP PO Items'[PO Lines (Total)])

PO Lines = DISTINCTCOUNT('ERP PO Items'[PO Item])

PO Lines (Total) = CALCULATE([PO Lines],ALLSELECTED('ERP PO Items'))

Now Im trying to just get the % Not Late and I cannot figure out how to do it in dax. 

This is what I tried and it should be the same as 67% but Im returning 72%. 

Not Late = CALCULATE(COUNT('ERP PO Items'[OTD Status]),'ERP PO Items'[OTD Status] = "Not Late")

% Not Late2 = CALCULATE([Not Late]/[PO Lines (Total)])

Try

Not Late = CALCULATE([PO Lines],'ERP PO Items'[OTD Status] = "Not Late")
