Dax Calculated Table

I am trying to take the sample dataset:

IDLocationNumber Bracket
123North America$101-$250
233North America$251-$500
433EMEA$101-$250
697APAC$501-$1000

And create a calculated table in DAX that performs the following:

IndexBracketNorth AmericaAPACEMEA
1$101-$250101
2$251-$500100
3$501-$1000010

Essentially creating a pivot table. Let me know if this is possible. Thank you!
