DateDiff with SSAS Live Connection

I would like to filter my table by line items greater than 5 days old. I would need to take State_Created_Date and subtract it from the Current_Time (both are date/time fields) . When I try to do a Measure it doesn't let me select any of those dates in my formula.

@mazzurri

try to use SELECTEDVALUE() over column name in measure, like SELECTEDVALUE([State_Created_Date])

Hi @mazzurri

why dont you try a calculated column, not measure?

I am unable to make a column since it is a live connection. New Column is grayed out.

Thank you so much!

Using the SELECTEDVALUE() I was able to do:

Datediff = DATEDIFF(SELECTEDVALUE([State_Created_Date]), SELECTEDVALUE([Current_Time]),DAY)
