Date Change

This formula orginally gave me all of last year 2022.

Now, I need last year but only for the same current period. 

How can I alter this?

the first two measures is giving me a running total of all and not working.

For this year 2023, I have data from (July - Jan),  (July is begginning of our fiscal year.)

I want data from 2022 ,July - Jan to compare it too. 

Which of these would best work?
