Date-Between slicer change time consideration

Hi,

I need help. I created a date-between slicer, I want to change the time manner though.

Normally, a day is from 00:00:00 A.M. til 11:59:59 P.M.

How do I alter it to be 07:00:00 A.M. - 06:59:59 A.M. in date-between slicer?

For instance: when I chose 01-JAN-2020 and 02-JAN-2020, it would consider as 01-JAN-2020 07:00:00 A.M. to 02-JAN-2020 06:59:59 A.M.

My data simply looks like this:

DATE_KEYDATE
11-Jan-20
22-Jan-20
33-Jan-20
44-Jan-20

Thanks in advance,

KL

It doesnt have to be a date slicer literally if anything else works. Anyway, can you give an example of doing that?

Thanks

One other option is to write measures that will change the usual meaning of days in their code. But that could be tedious if many measures must be affected. You can try to do this, though, since everything is possible in DAX code.

What you have to do is CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM CALENDAR. There is no other way. And when you do this... you have to forget about the time-intel functions. You'll have to write your own.

Easy as that.

Mark your column as date time and check.
I have never tried date time between slicer. But still you can check it out.
