DAX on dates

Hi ,

I have a table whixh is like this 

Employee ID,    from date,         to date,            status 

1                     1 may 2019       30 july 2010        active

I want to calculate all active employees in june but calendar is connected to from date . Active employees is not being calculated for month of june or july .. 

Any thoughts
