DAX measure problem

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me with this problem. I am trying to create a new measure, unfortunately the data doesn't filter through correctly. All help is very much appreciated.

I would like to do a Count for a DateFormReceived column where the date is less than or equal to the last day of the metrics month where the Status column is "Active" and the DateInactive Column is blank or greater than the last day of the metrics month.
