DAX - comparing results across multiple dates in a table?

Hi all

At our company we have a concept called WIP Days.  In essence, it's a captured number that let's us know the average shelf time of inventory, with each row a different store.

I'm trying to work out a DAX formula that I can visualize a store's results from today compared to a month ago, 90 days ago and 180 days ago.   In a singular table.  From there, I should be able to work out any further DAX calculations.

As we have over 30 departments, I need to capture in a table.  Visuals are too busy.

I've blurred out their names for sake of discretion.

Our company takes an inventory snapshot each day, so I am hoping I can use this to my advantage in this formula.

Any help would be most appreciated.

@Jumper Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
