DAX OFFSET - Parameter is not the correct type

I'm not sure if the red line is an error or can be ignored, however, the measure does return results

The error message "Parameter is not the correct type" in Power BI Desktop when using the OFFSET function can occur when the data type of the column being used as the offset value is not compatible with the expected data type. The OFFSET function requires an integer value as the offset, but if the column being used as the offset value is not an integer data type, the error can occur. To resolve this issue, ensure that the column being used as the offset value is an integer data type. You can use VALUE() function to convert the data type of the column to an integer.
