DAX Measure Subtract

Hello Experts

I have an isolated issue and need help with a subtraction measure. Basically I have a grand total but need to subtract some values based on criteria.

The Table is "Results" and the fields are Grand Total, Project ID, Time Scan and Seveirty ID.

I need the Grand Total to subtract values related to Project ID=12, Time Scan=10/30/2020, Severity ID =4 (then subtract 20), Severity ID=3 (then subtract 10), Severity ID=4 (then subtract 7)

Does anyone how to write this?

@Anonymous , this can be done at the line level of using filters. But do need to subtract value for each entry 

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
