DAX Measure - Data not showing in Power BI Service Card

I created this measure and it displays to a card in Power BI Desktop -- works fine. But when I publish it to the Power BI service, it does't display the data on the card:

Orders Billed 24hr Total =

VAR OrderProcessWindow =
    NOW() - time(24,0,0) //(1/24

VAR OrdersBilledCount =
    COUNTX(FILTER('order-refresh', 'order-refresh'[ordercreation]> OrderProcessWindow && 'order-refresh'[status] = "Billed"), 'order-refresh'[workorder])

VAR OrdersBilledCountMin =
    IF( OrdersBilledCount < 1, 0, OrdersBilledCount)

VAR OrdersBilledCountActual =
    IF(OrdersBilledCountMin > 0, OrdersBilledCount)
RETURN
    OrdersBilledCountActual

Any helpful suggestions?

Power BI Service runs on UTC. Its idea of NOW() likely differs from yours.

Thanks -- I figured it out also searching around for the issue. Thanks again for replying. Setting to UTC fixed it.
