DAX - LOOKUPVALUE with ELSE Statement

Hello,

I have a DAX LOOKUPVALUE (see below), which looks at a table to determine which report to open based on UserEmail.  What I would like to do is redirect them to another Report "Page Navigation" if they do not have access.  Can someone help me understand how to make this LOOKUPVALUE open a report "Page Navigation" in BI?

 

LOOKUPVALUE(ReportTable[ReportURL], ReportTable[UserEmail], USERPRINCIPALNAME())
