DATESBETWEEN seems do not work

Hello,
I have builded DATESBETWEEN measure (you can see measures below)

Measure0 = CALCULATE ([mesure1] , DATESBETWEEN(Table[Date] , [measure2] , [measure3]))

mesure1 = SUM(Table[Values])

Measure2 = CALCULATE(DATE([IFYEAR]-1,1,1))

Measure3 = CALCULATE(DATE([IFYEAR]-1,12,31))

IFYEAR = if(ISFILTERED(Table[Date]) , FIRSTNONBLANK(Table[Date] , 1),"YEAR" )

all these measures are working but Measure0 just returns blank, no errors.
can you help me?

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
